Jetset Travelworld Group represents in excess of 500 travel offices around Australia and membership of this group ensures that Encore Travel gains access to competitive rates for all services. Membership also provides Encore Travel with the ability to book various on-line discounted travel services on behalf of our clients.

Encore Travel offers a comprehensive range of travel services encompassing both domestic and international itineraries. Our Travel Managers utilise the latest reservations systems technology to ensure that we always offer the best combination of price and convenience for requested air travel. In addition to providing competitive pricing for all air services Encore Travel accesses attractive rates for accommodation and vehicle rental both within Australia and overseas. It is our aim to provide domestic itineraries within 90 minutes of receiving a booking request and international itineraries within 6 business hours of receiving the enquiry. All bookings are confirmed in writing by fax or email.

Technology

Encore Travel utilises the Sabre Computerised Reservations System, one of the largest computer data-bases in the world. Operating in conjunction with Sabre is the market leading mid and back office system “Tramada”. Tramada offers a full suite of management information reporting features in addition to providing on-line, secure access for Encore Travel clients. Tramada is constantly updated to reflect the changing face of the Australian travel industry ensuring that Encore Travel staff members are at the forefront of the industry in terms of product information and service delivery to clients.
